Phone, then video, and followed with a second video. It went fairly quickly. I was about a 3 week process in all. Which was fine except no one showed up to my second interview. No one bothered to call or email and I sat there for a half hour waiting. Turns out the offered someone else the role the week before. Avoid any company that would treat a candidate this way!
