Zeer vlotte , aangenaam rollenspel ter voorbereiding van mogelijke vragen.
Eerlijk voor en nadelen besproken alsook de mogelijke carriere mogelijkheden.
Voorbereid op wat er tijdens het gesprek verwacht word en via mail alles mooi opgelijst en additionele informatie gekregen aan de hand van lijst & video's

The interviewer arrived late. The interviewer did not have CV open. Interviewer asked rather vague questions. The questions that were specific, had answers already on the CV. After indicating that I have service desk and helpdesk experience, I was still asked if I have customer service experience and call center experience. Interviewer had difficulty expressing thoughts and ideas, as the interviewer would repeatedly re-phrase their questions due to asking one thing but meaning another.

Quick and straightforward. After submitting my resume, I had to wait 3 day for the revision of my profile, then I received a phone call where my experience was assessed.
