Technical screen on phone, then in person, the interview was difficult but was able to answer the questions asked of me. The interviewer was courteous and professional and did follow up with me within the week.

Relaxed. Explained my experience and took a test. Personalities meshed well. The test was the hardest part. I didn't have my glasses and it was tough to read. Supportive employees throughout the process.

Simple questions, nothing hard. Asked about future vacation plans for the year. Very long onboarding process that takes about a month to complete. Your “point of contact” can have conflicting information regarding flexibility of hours. Keeping communications between your actual employer and Randstad is key and somewhat frustrating.
