It was a quick two-step process. Phone screen with the recruiter and then a video call with the HM. General behavioral questions and talking about what the team was doing.
The first stage was a recruiter screen. After the call, the team has come back a week later to let me know that they have decided to move forward with an internal candidate.

I submitted my resume to a position and a Recruiter reached out to me asking for my availability. I replied quickly and never heard back. Called and left a message and nothing. Sent a follow up email and still heard nothing. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with this organization.
