The first interview was a telephone interview and very in depth. She really wanted me to draw on experiences and be specific. The second interview as in person and this was to the person I would directly report to. She was interested in my recruiting skills and the details of my previous projects. She asked me to give specific examples as to how I help generate more candidates, explain about meeting my most recent deadline (was it met and how did I meet it). She also asked about my training skills.

interviews were relaxed and conversational. Focused on previous experience as a recruiter and the industries you have worked in. Asked about your top strengths and how they relate to the job responsibilities of the role. Also asked about future goals and aspirations.

Szabina has found and contacted me via LinkedIn and within 1-2 days we've already had the first phone call (interview)- in Hungarian, English and German. The secound round(video interview) with the HR Manager and the teamleader was also within 1-2 days organized - it was mainly in English.The third round (video interview)I've had with the Accoung Manager in German language. I've been also going through a personality assessment. Within 2 weeks the whole process was organized and done and I've received an offer. From the very first time I've been in contact with Szabina and she has guided and supported me through the selection process. I would like to thank Szabina and the whole team for their flexibility,openness, kindness and understanding towards me. And I really appreciate the opportunity to start my new career at Randstad Sourceright.

Very thorough and organized. Team did a great job of explaining the culture and work environment. There were a total of 3 interviews - 2 Randstad employees and 1 client interview.
