The process went normally and ok. The HR and the lead kept telling me how much they liked me, but they strung me along for weeks without providing a final answer even though I checked in often.
Quick process from initial HR screening call to interview with a hiring manager. They were good at communicating next steps and were very responsive. Offer came quick and was competitive for a fully remote role.

Entretien
First interview went well but heard nothing for 3 weeks. Then got a second interview. The second interviewer was very awkward and threw me off and to every response I gave he said "fair".
