I had a zoom interview and the interviewer was 5 minutes late. The questions asked were not good and were repetitive. I was asked to specify on one skill I had two separate times in almost an identical way. The interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but it only lasted about 15. I was also sent a description of their whole interview process and it seems excessively lengthy and intense.
