Only had a screening interview using Hireflix (no real person, just video recording myself answering only three questions. Had about two minutes before giving the answer. Questions were regarding why ramp, how you relate/are a good fit for the role and one situational question about a customer.
Long and complicated - the interviewer seemed distracted during 2nd interview. Other than that they seem very professional and organized. There was a long time period between interviews and between assessments.

You have to send in a video interview and then if the bots like you, they send you to their "hiring team." They sent me a "Take home test" where I did an exceptional job, and they let me know very unprofessionally that they didn't want to continue to speak with me. They actually emailed me and said "We have decided to pass on your candidacy." Terrible experience. Couldn't even use nice wording to let me know.
