I am not sure how Ramp evaluates a candidate's fitness according to a 10-minute HR call. I applied online and solved the puzzles given by Ramp. Then I got an email for arranging an HR call to talk about the logistical details. And HR asked me 3 general questions, and after answering these questions, I got rejected two days later. I am confused about this process.
