Applied online and was reached out to by someone on their HR team. We had a 15 minute phone interview where they told me about the position and discussed things about my resume, qualifications, salary, and next steps. I was offered to go to the next round of interviews, but ended up declining.

Started with Word and Excel tests
1st interview: Video Call with managers discussing the position, my experience and behavior in certain situations
2nd interview: 4 hours long, back to back 30 minute interviews and a Word assessment to test how well I follow directions. Then, benefits were covered and I had the opportunity to ask further questions.
