Applied online. Three weeks later called in for interview. Interview was 1.5 hours and consisted of meeting with the principal, staff consultants, and managers (total of 5 different people). Very relaxed and friendly. Be sure to prepare and ask lots of questions even if you have to repeat them to the different interviewers.
