The interview was basically no interview. The person who I met did not ask me any questions about myself and just asked if "I was interested in working at Ralphs". I signed some forms consenting to a background check and was told to call back in a few days to see if I passed the bg test, after that I was offered the job.

easy interview process, the interviewer was very nice and asked basic interview questions. I received a job offer from them on the same day, but ultimately declined as it wasn't a fit for me personally.

Completely unorganized. Spoke to someone from HQ and store didn’t even know they needed someone. They asked me if I was there to interview for an unrelated position (security guard).
It was good. I realized it wasn't for me because I'm vegetarian. Nice people though and I'll be looking for other positions there in the future should there be any openings.
