The interview was a great experience. Group session first, they did a dynamic to test our selling and styling skills to finally make a 1:1 interview. It was fast and they made us feel at home.

The interview experience was highly unprofessional and judgmental. I felt that I was not assessed on my skills or qualifications, but rather subjected to bias. The environment gave the impression of discriminatory hiring practices, with an apparent preference for white candidates. Looking at the team composition and diversity, the lack of minority representation was noticeable and concerning
