Applied online and they emailed me 30 MINUTES later. After HR screen interview, took about a month for them to get back to me and schedule interview with a VP. After that interview, I received an offer the next day.

Entretien
Long process that can be months before you hear back on their decision. Multiple rounds with HR and individuals on the team. HR can leave you without an update on the process and even be unresponsive when requesting for an update. Their HR team needs to do better.
