The initial interview(face to face) was for 15-20 minutes. 10 questions were asked. Questions about your personality, handling more than one responsibility, experience in accounting. Questions on when can you join and salary expectations.

Received one email, asking the available schedule on two days for the interview. the email didn't address to my name personally. After I replied for the schedule, the person responded with confirmed interview schedule, but again this email didn't address to my name. This is first time to receive this kind of interview request email, feels like the person sent the emails not only to me for this email, but to many other candidates together...feels not professional.
