Very straight forward. I went through a staffing agency and it seemed like a lot of other people came from the same agency as well. First I had a phone call with one of the managers and was asked very basic questions (10 minutes), then I was asked to come into the office for an in-person interview. He asked questions on my resume and I was given background information on the job.
