Interviewer was not supportive. He asked questions from the domain of ML which I had never worked on. And based on that he concluded that I am new in domain of ml
Called by the recruiter about setting up interview, he wasn't aware about what the role actually entailed.
Coming to the first and the last round I had with them, the interviewer went on talking non stop, without giving a chance to answer the questions, it seemed like he had personal bias or he just didn't have the basic interviewing skills to let the person talk or think over for more than 10 seconds. He just gave up on within 20 mins, and terminated the interview. (This happened with the manager shadowing - clearly shows how the team culture just might be)
Advice: Technical skills are great to have, but basic social mannerism skills are essential too.
