The manager who I have been in contact with is very friendly and was very willing to work with my schedule to set up an interview. I met with him for about 20 minutes in the restaurant and he told me that he could make an offer after my background check went through!

Just like other workplaces, they do ask you questions about your accomplishments and how you handled certain situations. They do throw in some twist questions that can throw you off. These questions aren't anything complicated, it could be something like: "What is your favorite x?".
