The interview process have 3 rounds. They did a phone call interview first to check in with us, to ask if we have any questions and share the challenges of work and ask if we are still keen.Next , we are called for another interview , experienced a group interview with other interviewees , interviewed by a few senior teachers and then we are attached to a class to assess our competency with the students. It was a very good experience somewhat it prepares us for what we will be expecting in our roles.

The group interview was structured and engaging. It was welcoming as well and it makes me less nervous. The interviewers was also very supportive and attentive when we speak. Overall it was a good interview process.
