I applied through LinkedIn. I received a call from Radix the next day. The recruitment process started with A mathematics/Statistics test. I love math and I really enjoyed the test.Though the test has moderated complexity the time limit is one major aspect you have to consider. After this test they gave me a quantitative aptitude and core Java test. I have cleared the test before the given time limit. After two weeks I received a call for a face-to-face technical interview.
During this interview I also got a chance to interact with one of the company founders. He is very humble and talkative.
After 2 weeks they arranged one interview with their VP, we discussed my approach towards the overall idea of technologies, development. The challenges faced by me in my past and my achievements over these 8 years. The interview went well.
It was already one and half months passed, they asked me to have a discussion with their CTO, the meeting was arranged in the late evening. He appeared 20 minutes late but apologized for it.As the interview went well I didn't have any issues.
Till this point I was very much happy with the people I met. I realized that if I choose this company I will be in good hands.
From day one I was very clear with my compensation expectations. After clearing all these rounds they offered me the compensation which is lower than the figure I have specified.I told them that this is below my expectation and if I resigned at this point I was on the verge of losing around 125k bonus. They made a false promise about the joining bonus. So when I called HR to say that I am ready to accept that offer with the joining bonus provision, They refused to offer the joining bonus. The conversation ends on terms that they will get back to me with revised compensation structure. This overall process took two and half months(1 week of Jan to mid March), For me it was a great learning experience.
