Was fairly organized. Talked to the District Manager and also the Store Manager. The District Manager was professional and not too demanding. The Store Manager could have asked some more questions. The interviews were fairly short. More information should have been disseminated to the candidate.

Entretien
The process was interesting. I was invited to park in the back - where I was greeted by a disheveled teen-wolf'esque individual. I stepped out of my car, smiled towards his direction, and he prompted "are you *****?" I confirmed my name, he sparked a cigarette, and thus began my interview.

1st interview is with store manager usually
2nd interview is with district manager (now known as market manager)
Managers were helpful and were not looking to make it hard, but rather build your skills and motivation to do good in the company.
