Phone interview for 30 minutes. The HR rep was kind, and it was a very relaxed interview. There was a lot of focus on programming (it was not a technical interview, but they asked how did you use X language in a project). There were also some typical behavioral questions thrown in: Can you discuss a time where you struggled with a project and how did you handle this? I got a call a couple days later saying that they weren't moving forward and why. They were specifically looking for someone who used SQL and Python, and those were not my primary languages although the posting did say " at least one of Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau "
