Got a call from the recruiter few days after submitting my resume on rackspace careers site. One round of take home programming challenge followed by in person interview at their Austin, TX office. Data structures (graph and tree traversal), algorithm (processing a matrix) related programming problems. 3 hour-long interview sessions on the in-person round with people at various roles (manager, lead programmer, other programmers etc). More coding problems on the in-person interview as well.
Recruiter was very responsive. Interviewers were very friendly and prepared. I heard back from the recruiter the next day and offer came through few days later.

In 3 rounds able to interact with Team members. The Process went with few unanswered questions. But its a good opportunity.
Process mainly focuses on our day to day activities in our project deliverables and exposure to Technologies

Entretien
There were 4 rounds. First was a phone conversation with the recruiter. This was just to ensure that both parties were aware of what the position was and a high level view of what we were looking for. Second was another phone screen with the hiring manager. This was more of understanding my previous experience and to ensure that we weren't wasting our time. Third round was a video conference with other manager/lead. This round involved some technical architecture questions and cultural fit questions. Fourth round was with more members from the teams to determine which team fit would be best.

Entretien
The full process involves 5 rounds. Starts of with phone screening with HR, followed with coding exercise. I was given a full stack to build and submit it in 3 days no particular language.
After shortlisted, 3 hours onsite interview consisting of 3 rounds each last for one hour
