Was a multiple stage interview. First stage consisted of approximately 40 technical questions covering some basic topics (networking, clusters, dns etc). This was done over the phone. Second stage was in person and required a presentation on a fictional company who were migrating to Rackspace. Presentation included design elements, migration planning etc After that it was some generic interview style questions.

One day comprising of three interview stages back to back... 6hrs solid meetings and then a meet of directors and engineers afterwards, a full day at Rackspace. Process was streamlined as I had other offers. Overall a very pleasant experience and one I won't forget due to the uniqueness of the situation.
