The process took 3 weeks aprox.
I applied online through their Careers website. The use of Jobvite is really good overall because you can see the status of your application (one draw back is email correspondence is not so straightforward). I was contacted in about 4 days for a quick (15mins) phone call screening interview, which had just a bit of technical questions. I was told that a team member for the position would do a more technical phone screening, which took about 4 days to schedule. The questions got definitely harder, but about half of the questions were cultural fit, and behavioral questions. I was not told if they wanted to proceed right away, but my Jobvite application status did change accordingly. Then I got an email saying that they wanted to do an on-site interview. The on-site interview was 2:1 ratio and three different parts of the team interviewed me for about 45-55mins each (total of about 3hrs) with around 70% technical questions and the rest behavioral or situational. The whiteboard was used extensively and used with two of three teams. They were all very respectful and professional. One technical questions, if I asked for clarification they would be really helpful and even guided me along the way. The questions covered mostly Networking, AWS products, Cloud Administration, and Customer Service questions.
