In-Person or Video Interview Entry-Level Roles (e.g., Guest Service Associate): Usually 1 in-person interview with the General Manager or Co-Manager. Focus on customer service experience, reliability, and hypothetical scenarios (e.g., handling a difficult customer). Management Roles: Often involves two rounds of interviews: One with store leadership or district manager Another with corporate or HR representatives Includes more behavioral and situational questions. 4. Background Check If selected, candidates undergo a background check. Drug testing may be required for some positions. 5. Job Offer Offers are typically made within a week after the final interview. Phone interview and if the phone interview goes well, they ask you if you would like to come in for an in person interview. If you decide to come go in for an in person interview, you will meet with either the general manager or assistant manager of the store and do a walk-through.
