very easy , practically wanted to know if you are comfortable in dealing with customers and how you would treat them as it represents one of their core values. I got a call the next day, so I guess I did something right. Then you must attend a orientation prior where you have to take a certification class and are provided details about your trainer and schedule there as well.

It was a normal, professional interview where the questions were fair, relevant to the position, and focused on real workplace scenarios. They asked multiple situational questions to understand how I would respond in different situations, making the interview structured, clear, and job-focused.
