I applied online and completed a telephone assessment. I was contacted about 5 days later to interview in the store i would be working for. The interview was behavioral based questions. For example, what would you do if you saw your co-worker stealing? I was contacted few days later and offered a position.

First they send you an email confirmation for a virtual screening interview. If they liked what they heard, they'll schedule a phone interview with you. It's pretty easy if you're expecting/ready for a challenge.

It was a normal, professional interview where the questions were fair, relevant to the position, and focused on real workplace scenarios. They asked multiple situational questions to understand how I would respond in different situations, making the interview structured, clear, and job-focused.
