Entretien
Introductory call followed by an online assessment. Results were discussed in a call after which the first interview is scheduled. Based on the first interview you can proceed to the final interview which consists of a case, a presentation, and a discussion.

What specifically do you want to learn/develop in this program?
Begin met een introductie belletje. Dan online assessments, competentietest een persoonlijkheidstest. Dan een gesprek om in te gaan op de persoonlijkheidstest en wat je uit het programma wilt halen en eraan kan toevoegen. Als laatste een casedag met een laatste gesprek.

Entretien
Had a negative experience. The interviewer seemed quite uninterested especially in technical conversations which is ironic since it is a technical role. It was also hard to have a conversation with them as they didn't have any continuity in conversation language. And the feedback after the interview was pretty vague and not helpful at all. Seemed like a rush job.
