The GD Round was not a conventional one. It was more like a speech than a Group Discussion. The candidates were asked to speak about their strength and weakness. There were more than 15 students in each group and it was like a question and answer round.

It was a two hour long interview and i had two like these. They get to know about your background and try to exploit it.
Their director will come and look down upon you, will criticize you on baseless grounds.
their motive is to find a person who will be willing to work for free.
If you are someone who is studying in a prestigious college- IT's NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE they cause.
