Groupal interview, both hiring managers, both hiring two people introduced a task where a QA had to be done, they checked our interpersonal skills as well as our technical skills. Then they conducted a final meeting and received a job offer after a week via email.

First was with HR and the. Second round was with Program manager but it depends somethimes you go through 3 rounds as well. In any case I think its easy and need to portrait yourself correctly.

normal interview with Manager asking what you did and what you can do for them and about the attitude. Then they will ask about the job what do you know about localization.
