First the application, then the video interview where there's an asynchronous interview (I think it was about 20 questions where you record yourself answering, and you get several attempts per question) and then the online interview is after with a person.

1 Phone Screen and 2 Virtual Interviews. During the phone screen, they just confirmed my information and scheduled my virtual interviews. During the 2 interviews, we discussed my resume and asked some questions regarding the job.

Why are you interested in becoming a medical scribe?
One video interview after online application. They are asking questions about your experience in clinical setting, what makes you a good candidate for the job, responsibilities of medical scribe (expected to understand that it is not involving communication with patients) and future plans.
