High demand to achieve sales goals and motivate/coach team members at store level. Experienced in management is a must and has to have good communication skills to oversee a typical team consist of 10-20ppl. (more for a busy flagship store)

Moderate 2 rounds 1 with SM and 1 with DSM asked about pervious retail experience and few questions were mostly around retail KPI and how will you improve them, mostly same questions were asked in both of the rounds

The interview questions are very standard , it was not a comfortable conversation style. They were really trying to focus the interview on why I left my last job , so I already knew I was not going to get it.
