The interview process at Raytheon was very straightforward. They asked basic personality questions that get nowhere as far as employee potential. Make sure that your resume is very good because once the basic personality tests are over, thats pretty much the only thing they will really take a look at.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were working in a group and had a team mate that was lagging behind on the work load.
Was introduced as behavioral but was fairly technical. Asked a few technical questions about subjects of your choice. Discussed past experiences from my resume and what I would do in other technical scenarios.
Described the work done at the location. Then asked several unrelated technical positions to the job title. Asked about software engineering experience and principles unrelated to job description or responsibilities.

Entretien
the interview was very laid back and conversational, mainly had typical behavioral questions with no technical questions. the interviewer was clear about when i would hear back and gave enough time to ask questions near the end.
