I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter by email, after a 10 minute phone call I was directed to a specific req that aligned with my career goals. I was contacted by an internal RTX recruiter a few days later to go over my salary requirements & to schedule an interview. The interview itself was with 2 section managers on Zoom. We went over my background, my career goals, & what expectations were for the role. I received a job offer the following week.
