I was called on a Tuesday to be scheduled for a group interview on Thursday. Prior to accepting, I had to fill out a more formal application form and I had to submit my SSN. When I arrived, there was food served and a presentation was shown. There was a small group of 5 people with different experience levels. The presentation shows what they do and what benefits come with working for Raytheon. After a half hour presentation the group was split up to go to their individual interviews. I had 3 interviews which lasted 2.5 hours. I realized now that these guys were the people I will be reporting to. In my offer letter it stated which person I will be reporting to and it was one of the 3 people that interviewed me. After the interview, I was told by HR that they will be making their decision soon. The next day, I was contacted and told that Raytheon will be extending an offer. Approximately 10 business days after the verbal offer, I received my formal offer in the mail.

I applied and they set up a Zoom call with me. It was mostly going through my resume and asking me about my comfort with each line item. I was then asked if I was willing to move and, lastly, I was able to ask my own questions.
