The interview was a round table with three interviewers. They asked standard questions about why I desired to work for Raytheon and why in this specific role. They then asked some role specific questions aimed at assessing experience in role requirements. They then took the time to elaborate on the details of the role and the benefits of employment with Raytheon. Overall a great experience and a very professional interview.

Good interview process. Asked some technical questions about the system. Also asked some ethical questions. It was overall a good opportunity to see what my skills were and for me to understand the position and responsibilities.
