I had a phone interview with a recruiter. They jumped directly into interrogating (it felt more like interrogation than an authentic process) me about why I applied and why I wanted to work for them. They don't seem to have updated their hiring processes to today's best practices. I felt like an inconvenient to the recruiter who just seemed to follow a mandatory list of question and many of them didn't quite make sense (like asking me what is my process to purchasing a product).
