Applied online through company website, which involved basic details and motivational questions. Next stage, was an assessment centre where we had to complete psychometric tests. Next assessment centre involved a group exercise, interview and presentation. Finally, I had a partner interview at the office in which i applied for.

After completing the online competency questions and verbal and numerical reasoning tests, attended an assessment center. This was comprised of three parts; the first a team based presentation activity; the second was a fairly standard interview with HR - no curveballs just general interests/motivations; and the third was an individual case study and presentation test, where you presented your findings and analysis to the interviewers. Finally attended a partner meeting, which was more to see if you would be a good fit in the team.
