Met recruiter at a career fair on campus. Got invited to a pre-interview social the night before the interview, where candidates had the opportunity to meet their interviewer. Had a one on one interview with one of the company's manager's.

Good, lovely recruitment team and helped with transport costs. Although it was hard to find a role for my location since they already done a lot of assessment centre's so they could be a little more organised.

Entretien
I was an on campus hire, but with several years of experience in a different field. I was interviewed by a partner in The firm for the first interview. The interview was mainly focused on my acquired skills and how I would use them at the firm. A second interview was conducted over the phone with the director of my selected consulting field. Both interviews were very informal and spent about half the time convincing me that my experience would be valued by the firm.
