Entretien
First stage: 1 hour written test. One question in English and one in chinese. Nothing technical, just simple and common sense.
Second stage: Group interview. One HR and 8 candidates. Self introduction in English and two questions in Chinese. The whole interview took around 3 hours.
It was conducted by one of the talent acquisition officer and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The interview was to get to know the candidate and to see if they are the perfect fit for the role

- General qns on why u want to join the firm, prior experience etc, and will share abt culture here as well
- One stage interview
30 minutes interview with specific department intern supervisor, asked the usual questions like what is your career aspirations, why RSM and explained how the internship works. Was quite manageable and expected
