Two rounds. Had a zoom call with two individuals in management followed up by a final round zoom call with senior management. The whole process took about three weeks. Overall a smooth process.
I sent an application, resume through glassdoor and they responded back in text message about in a week. Set up the ZOOM interview date than had interview about 20 minutes.

Entretien
Phone screening questions, then virtual, then in-person. The questions pertain to availability, location, and such. The in-person includes a ride-along with a real appraiser and walking you through a typical day on the job.
