I was approached directly by the people team at ROOM and asked to interview for a role focused on PR & Events. I had a great initial chat with the Head of People about the opportunity/my experience and went on to interview with the Head of Brand, CEO and Co-Founder. The interviews themselves were less of an interrogation and more of a 'get to know you and your skills'. They were open to being asked lots of questions and explaining their vision for the company. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly - the culture at ROOM is something they pride themselves on and rightly so. The interviewing process moved quickly, the team was responsive and flexible with my busy schedule. All in all it was a very positive experience.
