5 interviews with different people and all very similar. The process was too long, the questions were repeated and unnecessary for the position. At the beginning they try to validate English level, experience in the role and some exercises. But the last 2 interviews were really unnecessary in my opinion. They can gather all together and make the questions or just share the information between them.
