J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) en mai 2015
Entretien
Phone screen by recruiter, followed by in-person with HR then with Owner. The HR part was ok - very friendly and knowledgeable. The recruiter and HR manager clearly knew all about the company and were able to answer a lot of questions. I was disappointed when I interviewed with the owner who had clearly not reviewed my resume before our meeting. When I tried to explain past positions and work, his response was to argue with me about the job titles from my previous positions. I felt like he was not listening to me at all and would not let me finish a sentence. Overall it was very odd and left me with a negative impression of this company.
I spoke to HR, the person who would be my boss, and the CEO. There was a total of 3 interviews before I signed. It was fairly straightforward and we all wanted to determine if we were a good fit for each other.
There were two interviews and a two online exams. These were all conducted in the Raleigh office. The interviews were standard behavioral interviews and the exams were a mix of personality and IQ based.
