Unprofessional from start to finish, screening for top talent who would actually do the work for low pay. Ghosting is a normal thing here, punctuality is not. Bunch of smokers around office.
It was a good and thorough process. The interviews were very detailed both from HR and technical point of view. I enjoyed the process. The personality test was very analytical and interesting.
