It was pretty easy and laid back. I interviewed with 2 people, which were the on-site boss/program manager and the employee I would be working with. They asked about my previous experience and told me about the job description/responsibilities. It was not a lengthy interview. It was your typical interview setting. Dress nice because this is a government setting.
