My interview was conducted in the showroom gallery floor with both the Manager and General Manager at the same time. The attire of most the staff members is very Ralph Lauren & J. Crew. Lots of riding boots, long cardigans, polo shirts, ect. I'd suggest wearing something similar to the interview, appearance is important at this job.
