I was a Walk-In. I requested application and filled out on a sofa in the store. I asked to speak with a manager when I turned it in, and we spoke for 10 minutes and set up an interview for the following day. I came in the next afternoon, interviewed for an hour with the Store Manager at one of the dining tables in the store, and then they said they'd be in contact. I received a phone call two days later with a job offer. I started the following morning, was promoted to Visual Point within 2 weeks, and Visual Manager 2 months later with final salary at $16/hr.
