They reached out to me for an interview. Had a few rounds of interviews with different teams. All were very informative and answered all my specific questions. They told me a lot about future plans of the company.

Went through a staffing agency. Screening call with agency, then an interview with hiring manager, followed by someone on the team. The whole process was professional and swift. They needed someone quickly and actually hired quickly.

Entretien
I had an interview through an agency which was suppose to be in person but due to communication issues ended up being over the phone, which went well so I was called in for a in person. Which again there was communication issues internally about where I was suppose to go and who I was seeing. The interview didn't take long. They said they would talk to the agency with their decision. They ended up ghosting the agency as well as me. For clarity that basically means they just pretended that neither of us existed and just choose not to respond. Wasting mine and the agencies time. I had expected more from Restoration Hardware, but I guess the motto they have at the front door about respectfulness is just text decoration.

They asked me what I wanted to do, but they didn't even have a job description just list of desired skills. I had to ask them about what they needed to do for position. They did not seem ready for the interview.
